The app
Pause is provided as is. It is a focus tool, not medical, psychological or educational advice. You can stop using it at any time by uninstalling it.
Don't try to break, copy or resell the app or the Kapi artwork. Kapi and the Pause name are ours.
The store
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payment is handled by Cashfree; an order is confirmed when the payment succeeds. Shipping is free across India. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock.
Shipping and returns
We ship within India. Pre-orders: the Pause Device is sold on pre-order and all pre-orders ship in January 2027; we will email you when yours is dispatched, and delivery time then depends on the courier. You pay the pre-order price shown on the day you order. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund, to your original payment method, any time before it ships by emailing us with your order number. Returns: you can return an unused Pause Device in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us to start a return; we refund to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving it. If an item arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything to do with the app or store is limited to what you paid us for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
